To complete your reservation
After you submit your booking request we will send you a booking form (PDF), that you will need to fill out and send back to us to confirm your information. No worries, it will take you just a few minutes to complete the form and it enables us to have a quick and easy check-in at your arrival.
Age
We are happy to provide surf lessons for adults (18+) from all over the world in our beautiful Surf Camp. Teenagers are very welcome too, but only in the company of at least one responsible adult.
Cancellations
If you cancel or no–show after the payment of your booking, the deposit is not refundable.
Nevertheless, the value of that deposit can remain as credit that you can use to book an alternative date (maximum of 1 year after the original booking’s arrival date)
The Surf Packages have special conditions and a reduced price for the surf lessons. If you do not want to attend the surf lessons in the Surf Packages, we cannot refund the value of the surf lessons.
Insurance
Sagres Natura Surf Company (Surf Camp & School) have sports insurance only to cover accidents that may happen during our surf classes.
